Shipping Policy

We offer shipping to customers throughout India. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and shipping times vary depending on your location.

Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping throughout India through our preferred carrier. Standard shipping times vary depending on your location, but typically range from 3-7 business days. We also offer expedited shipping for an additional fee, with delivery times of 1-2 business days.

Shipping Costs: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over Rs. 999. Cash on delivery is available for orders below Rs. 999, with a fee of Rs. 100. For orders over Rs. 999, cash on delivery is free of charge. Expedited shipping is also available for an additional fee, which will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, which you can use to track the status of your shipment.

Undeliverable Packages: If your package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to confirm the correct shipping address and arrange for reshipment. Please note that you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our website. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. If you requested an exchange, we will ship out your replacement item as soon as possible.
